About King's Business Club
Founded in 2008, King’s Business Club (KBC) is the largest and longest-running student-led business and finance society at King’s College London. With a membership of over 3,000 students, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry through professional development, skills training, and real-world experiences. Our structure includes five flagship branches: King’s Strategy: A consulting branch that delivers real-world client projects and case competitions for students to develop strategic thinking and analytical skills. King’s Capital: Focused on finance, investing, and markets; offers workshops, trading simulations, and networking with industry professionals. King’s Labs: A technology-focused branch empowering students to explore innovations in AI, product design, and emerging tech through workshops and collaborative builds. King’s Brand: A creative hub for marketing, content production, and brand strategy, showcasing the storytelling side of business. King’s Business Review: A platform for student-led research, commentary, and thought leadership across finance, economics, and business. KBC is also supported by five internal departments that power its operations and community. These include: Marketing – Managing communications, social media, and promotional strategy. Corporate Relations – Leading partnerships with firms, alumni, and professionals. Talent – Overseeing recruitment and development of committee and project members. Social Events – Organising community-focused social experiences and club culture. Events – Delivering logistics and execution for panels, speaker series, and conferences. Through high-impact events, strategic partnerships, and student-run initiatives, KBC empowers students to explore careers in consulting, finance, tech, entrepreneurship, and beyond.
