Step 3: Sign Offer Once both parties have signed the offer letter, our inspection coordinator will reach out to schedule the inspection at a time that’s most convenient for you. Step 4: Close On Your Timeline Once the inspection occurs and due diligence is performed, we will close on your timeline and you will receive an all-cash deposit into your bank account.
