King’s Maths School is for students with a particular aptitude and enthusiasm for mathematics, and aims to widen participation in mathematical degrees and careers at the very best universities and institutions. King's Maths School is run in partnership with King's College London, and is the first of many specialist mathematics schools opening around the country with the support of leading universities. Since its establishment in 2014, the state-funded King's Maths School has quickly risen to be the top performing school of any school in the country, with over 60% of all A Level grades being A*s and over 25% of students progressing to Oxford and Cambridge.
