As we age we all face new beginnings. One of those new beginnings comes as your patient turns age 65 in the form of Medicare. As this new chapter unfolds in your patient's life, we want to walk with them on their journey. There is also a new adventure for you as the clinic and clinician. Our goal is to make things easier for you, so your clients can have an added hand to hold, ear to hear them, and voice to ensure and reassure they are heading the best direction for them getting access to their fullest options to care. We listen to the patient, learning all their providers, their medications, and ensuring their access to care at your clinic is maintained while expanding the access to their care in other ways. With a lot of uncertainty about navigating the mountain that is Medicare we commit to serve as the patient's guide, their Sherpa, helping them as they deal with all the questions and concerns during this climb. We commit to guiding them through their options after signing up for Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B and walking with them all the way through.
