About Kingfield Pilates and Movement

Kingfield Pilates and Movement is a unique fitness studio offering Pilates and Barre classes in South Minneapolis. Our workouts offer unique mix that is hard to find elsewhere—technically spot-on Pilates instruction (based in Balanced Body training) that also incorporates a healthy dose of fun and cardio, and a foundation of connected movements that comes from dance. From privates to small groups, we offer classes tailored to the needs of students and built around our Balanced Body equipment, including reformer with Infinity Bar and Jump Board, Springboard, EXO Chair with slastics, Ark Barrel and Barre, and lots of helpful props. Big studios have their appeal, but we are happy to offer an alternative for those who prefer something different. Our beautiful home-based studio features bamboo floors, lots of natural light, and was built for one private session or small class at a time. Because KPM is currently a home-based studio, we are able to keep our costs low and are committed to translating this savings into affordable Pilates, with per-individual pricing as follows: $60 for privates, $30 for duets, $20 for trios and $15 for quartets. Our locations is easy to get to and offers lots to do while in the neighborhood. We are just East of Lake Harriet, a couple minutes from 35W, two blocks east of Lyndale and a quick stroll from Patisserie 46, Revival, Blackbird Cafe, and more.
