We will use 17 years’ experience in selling all types, price ranges and condition of property. The ‘Sale’ can be the easier part. It’s everything thereafter where we prove our worth. Ensuring buyers are Qualified, Solicitors chased and any arising problems proactively managed – sounds easy enough but we can assure you, it’s time consuming, frustrating and fraught with inaccurate ‘updates’ from parties up or down the chain who fail, or are afraid, to ask the right questions
