Kingston has been established for over 20 years. We specialise in leasehold block management as well as residential estate management throughout the North of England. In an area covering the North East and Yorkshire, we work for over 200 clients. Our developments range in size from as small as four units to as large as 200 units. We are committed to making our business more efficient, accountable and customer-focused. We pride ourselves on our transparency and integrity, always aiming to provide a high standard service that is tailored to suit the individual needs of each development. From safety to surroundings, we run a seamless and efficient service by taking care of things like communal landscaping and building safety checks. Essentially, we take care of the outside of your home, so you can look after the inside. To generate pride in our communities, our profits go back into our not-for-profit parent company, Bernicia Group, to improve and ultimately, help transform our region. Bernicia provide a range of social and commercial property management and maintenance services to over 30,000 households throughout the North East of England.
