Kingstons Real Estate was established by Michael Drennan and David Helena in October 2013, Kingstons Real Estate currently have offices in Benoni and service Benoni, Boksburg and Kempton Park. Since establishment Kingstons Real Estate has grown from strength to strength. Kingstons Real Estate strives to provide truly exceptional service, as such all staff are full time, their office is open 7 days a week and their property brokers are contactable after hours and over weekends. This is unique in the industry and ensures no client’s needs go unattended. The brokers at Kingstons Real Estate are financially incentivised to sell all listings that the company has, and cross selling over listings is encouraged by management. Brokers are not limited to the area or type of listing they wish to take on, this allows the broker the opportunity to list and sell real estate that is of interest to them and gives the broker a level of individuality and self-determination in terms of how they run their listing portfolios. Despite the relatively short period Kingstons has been in operation we have managed to enjoy significant growth and success. Revenue growth measure during the first 4 months of 2016 is up 77% from 2015, with confirmed sales figures up in excess of 80%. Kingstons Real Estate are very proud to have been nominated, by their clients, as a finalist in the national radio station 702’s Small Business Awards. Kingstons have established themselves as a reputable and trusted brand in the communities they operate in.
