About Kinnek

Kinnek is a network of current and future entrepreneurs. We nurture environments where entrepreneurial ideas take shape and become a reality. ➤ Who are we? We’re an international community of ~60 young entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs with roots in Spain. Membership is free but everyone is expected to be proactive and add to the community. ➤ How? We create spaces where members connect through recurrent coffee chats, monthly calls, venture presentations and in-person events - challenging each other’s thinking and fostering internal relationships. Average time commitment is 2 hours/month. ➤ When? Building connections before opportunities arise – playing ahead of the game. All members embrace four pillars: 🔋 Driven: A strong desire to develop, own or run a business. Current or aspiring entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs that can prove their will to make things happen. 🔭 Unique: An ability to bring rare and value-adding know-how to the table. Whether that means AI coding, financial acumen, content creation, or anything that raises eyebrows. 🌍 Glocal: A strong personal or professional connection to Spain, yet open to the world. Most members are Spanish but we welcome others as long as they can prove their relationship with Spain. 🔧 Engaged: A genuine commitment to the group through proactive participation and idea generation. Monthly team talks (1h) are an expectation and other involvements are recommended to remain a part of Kinnek. All members are evaluated to ensure continual alignment with our four pillars.
