Management Training Our interactive, discussion-based sessions are designed to capture and hold the attention of people working in fast-paced, high stakes environments while still fostering maximum engagement and in-depth learning. One-on-One Coaching We work with leaders one-on-one to dig deeper. Through coaching, clients develop their awareness of themselves, their environments, and their impact, and learn tools to translate this awareness into effective action. Team Retreats We create and facilitate retreats for leaders and people managers, centering the client’s goals at every step, from design to execution. Assessments As certified CliftonStrengths coaches, we work with clients to better understand their natural strengths and how to leverage those strengths for maximum success and fulfillment. Paired and Small Group Coaching We facilitate conversations in pairs and small groups to help teams have intentional, honest, direct conversations that deliver results.
