About Kinstellar

The creation of Kinstellar, in November 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters, launched a new era in the legal world of Emerging Europe. With a rich heritage and an exceptional team of the finest legal minds, we also have the autonomy and focus we need to develop further. The first step in the implementation of these development plans came in 2010 with the establishment of a presence in Belgrade and Istanbul, followed by the opening of offices in: Almaty, Kazakhstan (2013), Sofia, Bulgaria (2014), Kyiv, Ukraine (2016, expanded with the acquisition of the local DLA practice in 2021), Tashkent, Uzbekistan (2018), Zagreb, Croatia (2022) and Vienna, Austria (2025). Further expansion of the network, while maintaining the integrity of our commitment to excellence in the provision of legal services, is a high priority. Kinstellar currently has over 300 lawyers and designated lawyers with whom it cooperates as well as a wealth of professional support lawyers, who work in specialist practice areas to deliver the highest quality advice.
