About Kinvest Venture Partners

Kinvest was born out of a passion to see rural Africa fulfill its potential. We believe that poverty in the rural Africa will end in the way it has everywhere else: through sustainable wealth generation in local ownership. We invite investors to invest in impact investment funds that will revolutionize the way in which financial assets are deployed across the African continent. Pent up entrepreneurial impetus in villages and rural communities will be catalyzed with the capital that is necessary to transform local African dreamers and leaders into entrepreneurs. Kinvest is founded on two core principles that drive our strategy. We seek to unlock maximum human potential and create generational economic change through local ownership. We deploy impact investment capital with the objective of helping local entrepreneurs in Rwanda learn, develop, and cultivate farmland for the purpose of global distribution to achieve a sustainable local economy for the community. Specifically, we develop Kinvest Farms which are medium sized commercial farms where local workers build ownership over time. The strategy is to purchase Rwandan farmland and train local entrepreneurs how to cultivate, harvest and export the crops. We combine sustainable agricultural practices with professional management, market access, and high value crop selection to help farmers create 10x more value per hectare than traditional crops and methods yield. Over the lifecycle of the fund the intention will be to position these workers to earn a living caring for the farm and to ultimately receive ownership of the farm to have a lifelong economic engine for themselves and their local community.
