About KiraKira (きらきら) is a social impact lab co-creating research, stories, and creative strategies with frontline communities and changemakers. Our name means “sparkling” in Japanese — a reminder that the brightest solutions often come from those closest to the problem. What We Do: Illuminate what’s working → Collect stories, data, and insights from grassroots leaders. Transform what’s broken → Apply systems thinking and policy strategy to reimagine nonprofit and movement infrastructure. Design creative tools → Build zines, games, curricula, and campaigns that make civic engagement and sustainability imaginative and accessible.
