About KIS-Solutions

KIS-Solutions was incorporated in October 2003 by Ged Hockridge and his wife Helena with the intention of offering HR consulting and interim management services, specialising in all aspects of reward. We chose the name KIS-Solutions to reflect our philosophy and objective to ‘Keep It Simple’ and avoid over-engineered and overly complicated consultant dictated approaches and outcomes. KIS-Solutions was to concentrate on delivering practical and pragmatic solutions that met our clients’ needs and offered real value for money. Through its network of consultants, KIS-Solutions can provides a full range of HR and reward related solutions to our clients. It can provides services across all sectors but has particular expertise in the public sector, and especially Central Government. Many of our consultants have considerable Civil Service experience; they know the business and have an active interest and passion in the provision of cost effective and efficient public services.
