Our 10,126-square-foot shared kitchen supports minority- and women-owned businesses, equipping them with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to thrive in the competitive food industry. We specialize in empowering culinary startups through comprehensive training, access to commercial-grade kitchen facilities, and tailored coaching in areas such as food safety, menu design, costing, and scaling operations. From food trucks and catering businesses to consumer packaged goods (CPG) startups, KIC helps entrepreneurs at every stage turn their dreams into sustainable ventures. Our programs include hands-on training for ServSafe certifications, support for product development and market readiness, and initiatives like Food Truck Fridays and pop-up dining on our newly built 60-seat patio.
