Founded by Mikayla Kitsopoulos, a 21-year old NYU student born and raised in New York City, Kitso PR was created in order to support small, yet passionate, businesses and business moguls. Kitsopoulos has worked at IMG Endeavour, NARS Cosmetics, NBC Universal, and many other impactful companies learning from top tier professionals. She strives to build a bridge between creativity and business through branding and public relations. Kitsopoulos found, when working for these large corporations, that there was a lack of accessibility in public relations representation for young creatives and their businesses. Therefore, she developed Kitso Public Relations in order to provide that representation from another young creative. Who understands the struggles of a young artist more than another young artist? This is her mission exactly. Kitso was taken from her last name, Kitsopoulos. An obviously Greek last name, Kitsopoulos wishes to use the values of her nationality to work with her clients. The Greek nation prides itself on their hospitality, reason, and sincerity. Kitso Public Relations hopes to bring each of these qualities to their client relationships as well as their work. Through influencer relations, event management and production, and press relations. Kitso Public Relations will bring brand awareness and sales to their clients with a fresh and young perspective, specifically through the eyes of Kitsopoulos, a young artist.
