About Kizoku Consulting

Put simply, I help Technology, Digital and Projects recruitment businesses to scale and grow. Having worked for 25 years across a range of recruitment businesses, I created Kizoku to be able to provide insights to technology, digital and projects recruitment businesses, teams and divisions on how best to scale. I also work with tech and digital recruitment businesses to help them find talent that will take their business forward. Finally, I work with those leaders to ensure that they get the best out of the people they have working with them. The name ‘KIzoku’ came about from my last name. It’s the Japanese word for ‘Nobility’. I strive to act in a noble way - providing authenticity in action and approach, and doing the right thing for the people around me. Taking on board feedback, working closely with others and ensuring the best results. I work with technology recruitment business, teams and divisions to advise them on how best to grow. This would cover:- Client Value propositions Talent attraction and pooling Delivery models Leadership Team structure Marketing Operational Further to this, I work with technology recruitment businesses to identify talent to join them. Recruitment for recruitment companies. Given my recent hands-on experience, I understand the challenges in this space. I also provide advice to talent on the best moves for them to move their career forward. And I work with leaders of businesses to ensure they are setting up correctly - leading people and ensuring they get the best results.
