As Owner and President of KLC Actuarial LLC, my mission is to provide independent and cost-effective insights and solutions to the Medicare Supplement industry. My commitment is to serve as a valuable independent partner to my clients free from conflicts of interest. My approach consists of listening to my client’s needs and help find the answers and potential solutions through a top-down approach which starts with the “low hanging fruit” before diving into time consuming and expensive analysis which may in hindsight have served little to no purpose. The foundation of my expertise and qualifications is an actuarial career that spans the federal standardization of the Medicare Supplement industry working with carriers, investors, and regulators through both consulting assignments as well as volunteer efforts serving the American Academy of Actuaries (“AAA”) and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”).
