Kleinhaus Consulting Group (KCG) began as a micro firm providing grant writing and concierge business services for small businesses. When the COVID-19 pandemic exposed deep health inequities, Julie Klein drew on her combined backgrounds in public health and business to focus on community health needs assessments that reveal disparities and guide solutions. From this pivot, KCG was born. Julie Klein, MBA, brings a deep understanding of the complexities involved in researching and compiling statistical data to tell a community’s story. She has firsthand insight into the social, economic, cultural, political, behavioral, and environmental factors that shape community outcomes. This expertise allows KCG to identify and prioritize community needs, assess the capacity of local resources, and develop actionable roadmaps that help communities achieve their goals.
