In 2017, While in the process of developing industry leading software for construction financing, Klinche quickly realized more ways to assist their clients and expand the software capabilities. Klinche’s software engineers began developing proprietary software to not only fix financial risk and inefficiencies in the traditional transactional process, but also to capitalize on the massive amounts of data being shared throughout the construction building and financial process. Klinche is developing technology utilizing machine learning and predictive analysis technology to forecast individual project issues, forecast industry trends and coordinate portfolio management. 2017 is anticipated to be an extremely exciting year with these capabilities completely developed and live. HISTORY: Klinche was founded in 2014 by Sherratt Reicher and George Morf, real estate and finance industry veterans. They identified a need for a safe secure and guaranteed payment process by eliminating the middleman and connecting all parties directly to the payment source. Klinche’s software development is began! Klinche’s proprietary software offers innovative solutions to reducing risk of non-payment, protects assets and simplifies the payment process.
