In this regard, we have adopted "cognitive computing", the development of appropriately trained artificial neural networks which in this case of use automate the verification and payment-invoice reconciliation ". The skills in A.I. matured in K Linx, went back to Workgroup which set up a team shared with the one of the startup in order to make use of these skills in further smart tools - among the latest born is K Word, an information extraction solution based on NER-class ANN - and above all, to offer customers this valuable experience by making it available in projects where modeling and training artificial intelligence is required. Born as a consulting company, Workgroup has evolved into a Technology Provider and incubator of smart tools, suitable to being conveyed through new startups. K LINX it is a fintech startup company, owned by Workgroup, that performs payment matching and reconciliation. The greatest added value concerns unstructured payments as Sepa Credit Transfer, SWIFT etc. where main reconciliation infos are drowned in free text fields. K WORD is an INFORMATION EXTRACTION PLATFORM that automatically manages unstructured documents such as scans of payment receipts or handwritten payments (slips, promissory notes) thanks to Artificial Neural Networks and Named Entity Recognition processes.
