As a customer-centric technology and critical operations business leader with 37+ years of experience, I have continuously integrated myself into high-performing IT teams to achieve profitable growth and efficiencies at scale while appropriately managing the removal of technology debt within Information Technology. While helping enterprises establish, communicate, and execute a clear vision and strategy, I continuously work to align project stakeholders with this vision and strategy to deliver project outcomes that actually meet these high-profile critical objectives. With breadth and depth of technology expertise across many industries, I’ve become a consultant, a project developer, a project manager, and a critical systems operations manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations. It’s imperative that Data Center Operations are considered wholistically rather than compartmentally. Crafting MOP’s that become SOP’s, gaining approval to elevate risks within Data Center Operations all the while remaining completely transparent is the goal. I specialize in the coordination of all project tasks with IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Supply Chain. Working through sourcing solutions with key strategic suppliers to improve deliverables, stage equipment integration, and accurately forecast operational “go-live” dates, help control project costs and consistently meet user expectations. Over 17 years of experience in the energy industry (including regulated critical infrastructure), collaborating and leading cross-functional teams to execute large-scale digital initiatives, change management, and critical operations. One must retrofit the source that keeps the lights on while keeping the lights on! I’m motivated to leverage new technology and particularly interested in AI to improve the enterprise through efficient Data Center Operations. I am passionate about improving health through nutrition rather than medications and farm to table dining.
