About KMD Capital

KMD Capital has been in existence for 14 years. I am the founder; I started this business after leaving the Financial Industry. My background is finance; I have a degree in Finance and Real Estate; this is the only industry I’ve been in my entire life. I worked for many different financial institutions, banks, and Real Estate Funds and Hedge Funds and in other financial companies that did loans and underwriting over the years. After many years in the industry, I really got discouraged with the industry with how the average American was being cheated and mislead and misrepresented by the institutions which currently still happens today! I stayed in the industry maybe a little longer than I should have, but once I broke free, I started KMD Capital. The business of KMD Capital is to help the average American get funding or raise capital to achieve his or her dream of owning their own business or doing whatever they want to do with a capital infusion. I brought with me a couple of other associates that were also in the Financial Industry. All of us at one time or another were licensed, we had Security License, Real Estate License and Insurance License. So we come from the Financial Industry which we understand the formalities, we know the environment, we understand how finance works in this country. When we fired up KMD Capital, we brought this together. With the idea of helping the average American raise capital. Most people know it difficult to get loans from banks; banks are notorious for not being upfront or transparent and not allowing the clients or customers to understand why they do what they do. That is by design, Institutions, and banks never want you to understand what their underwriting guidelines are. The reason for that is, if clients were able to figure out what the underwriting guidelines were, the clients could prepare their package, and that’s what the banks don’t want.
