About Knee-High Distilling
As lifelong friends, Thad and Jeremy have never run short on hair-brained ideas. While hanging out, pondering their futures, the idea of opening and running a distillery started out as another one of those ideas. After a few years of brainstorming with their wives, Rachel and Kaely, that dream has become a reality! The four founded Muscatine's first craft distillery in June 2022. We have leaned heavy into gathering information from folks who are leaders in the distilling industry to make spirits we are proud to serve our community.lWe are committed to bringing you excellent quality spirits, starting with vodka and whiskey. We are never satisfied with the status quo, we have plans to bring seasonal spirits, special run whiskeys, and a few of the lesser known alcoholic liquors into our product line.
