A letter from the Owner, Steve Harter: Why Should I Trust Knomatic to Digitize and Develop Mobile Apps for My Company? In the 1990s, I founded eight companies listed on the NYSE Stock Exchange. Over the following five years, these companies, through numerous acquisitions, collectively generated over 5 billion dollars in revenue. This experience gave me firsthand insights into integration challenges and strategic achievements in operations. In 2002, I acquired Texas Taxi assets from Stage Coach LLC. We successfully doubled the free cash flow in the first decade without increasing driver rates. One refinery saved over $900,000 by digitizing the work permitting process, while another client reduced call center staff by more than one half and the savings paid for the software. We implemented a tailored rental software for industrial equipment supporting 40 digital forms and 50 processes for $35,000, including tying into the accounting system. The rental business is now paperless. These outcomes align with my own experiences in various companies, highlighting the ongoing trend of impactful efficiency improvements.
