About Knorm

Knorm is a new company that provides tools for authoring knowledge as modules that can be executed by others. The modules are reusable, and could be assembled together to meet the needs of variations in situations, or the skills of those who are consumers of the knowledge. This is how Knorm aims to turn novices into experts. It tells the novice, what would the master do? At Knorm, we create tools to encapsulate the knowledge and wisdom of experts, and make them available to other personnel in actionable form, so that their decisions and performance approach the quality of the experts. The knowledge can be authored into the system directly by the experts, which the other personnel with appropriate familiarity with the domain can then execute to get guidance, in a step-wise manner from the system. Although, the Knorm tools can be adapted for many domains, we are currently focused on addressing the needs of healthcare and education sectors.
