KnotFree Living LLC is a diverse and inclusive organization established as a safe space for information, inspiration, equipping and untying life's knots that keep people bound and unfree. We help people understand how where they've been, landed them where they are, in order to get them to where they want to be. Through the exploration of historical, generational and societal mis-messaging, we assist in loosening the holds that keep people from living their authentic lives - unabashedly and unapologetically. We provide workshops, bootcamps, seminars and coaching programs as well as provide books and resources in an effort to initiate self-introspection for the development of self-awareness, self-actualization, self-confidence, self-security and freedom of self- expression.
