Know Thy Mind is a multi-service company designed to assist people in achieving greater levels of success, happiness, and fulfillment through a deeper understanding how their mind works without being bombarded by a bunch of psychological terminologies. More specifically, Know Thy Mind seeks to assist people in understanding and mastering their thoughts, emotions, and decisions by teaching them a system developed by Jeremy T. Jordan called CSD (Conscious Subconscious Dynamics) which is the system he uses to help his Coaching Clients achieve more success, happiness, and fulfillment. Jeremy T. Jordan founded Know Thy Mind in order to facilitate his theory that the average person does not need a high-priced Life-Coach in order to enhance their personal development and to achieve their goals and desires. Know Thy Mind is based on the idea that once a person acquires a solid understanding of how their two minds work and are provided some tools and strategies for utilizing that understanding they are able to coach themselves* with minimal guidance. Know Thy Mind offers online educational courses, workshops, speaking services, and Personal Coaching so that each client can select the service that is right for them. *Disclaimer: Jeremy still provides Personal Development Coaching (AKA Life-Coaching) aimed at dealing with life-conditions that go beyond the scope of what Self-Coaching can provide.
