Offering individual and group bookings tailored to each person and their goals. We work collaboratively with coaches, allied health, medical professional and employees to offer a holistic service to each customer. Since opening the doors in Feb 2017 we have been inundated with interest from the sporting & fitness fraternity and have worked with some of the Australian Men Women's Rugby 7's teams, Khan Porter and Laken Watt including a feature on the Wod Life video (two of Australia's best crossfit athletes), players from our top tier NRL teams, & Celebrity trainers like Dan Adair, Tim Robards, Commando Steve & Alexa Towersey (former personal trainer to Tegan Martin and Renae Ayris). We have welcomed many a weekend warrior, health enthusiast, busy mums, business men & women as well as the aged and anyone suffering from chronic pain and arthritis. At Koa Recovery we focus on working collaboratively with allied health professionals, coaches, physicians and our clients to ensure that each recovery program is individualised to client goals.
