Koasati Construction Management (KCM) specializes in construction and program management of commercial, industrial and public projects. We meticulously track RFI's, submittals, ASI's and other correspondences to insure the owner receives exactly what is specified in the CD's. We perform a detailed construction review prior to start of the project to identify potential issues or conflicts. By monitoring OAC meetings and taking precise notes, we keep abreast of all issues on the project, keeping the owner involved along every step. We provide solutions and recommendations that are beneficial to the project as a whole and take pride in forecasting potential issues prior to them actually delaying the project. We are adept at working in the public sector, procuring materials for organizations that enjoy a tax advantage on materials or FFE. We tailor a procurement process to meet the needs of the owner. In this way the owner can take full advantage of all breaks to which they are entitled.
