I have been successfully able to help people for more than a decade regaining their health and vitality, balancing their energy, finding their way back into the light, becoming positive and discovering inner peace, regaining their confidence, finding massive motivation, achieving financial prosperity, attracting their soul mate, and discovering their life's purpose. I owned and operated a fitness boutique for over ten years, teaching fitness group classes, mentoring and guiding teenagers to become their best version of themselves. As a Silversneaker instructor, I have the privilege of leading group fitness classes for seniors since 2018. As an avid learner, I continued my education and obtained Medical Massage Therapy as well as Physical Therapy Assistant solely to complement my skills in the wellness world. As an avid writer, and having spent years perfecting the art of writing, I have written and published a few fiction books, and currently I am working on completing my non-fiction book about my journey in health and wellness.
