The Dutch created cookies by accident in the 16th century while they were testing cake flavors in small tins. When they realized what a delicious, bite-sized treat they had on their hands, they started selling this new creation in bakeries all over Holland. They called this yummy snack a "koekie" and it quickly spread all over the world. The Dutch baked koekies by hand in small batches using whole, natural ingredients. Our koekies are made with only plant-based, organic ingredients, but they do not sacrifice on taste. We make our koekies how the Dutch intended them to be made, but using only the purest of ingredients. The ingredients we use are profoundly beneficial to your health and carefully picked to form the most delicious vegan & gluten-free cookie on the market.
