About Koeln Parma Exhibitions Srl
With the launch of Koeln Parma Exhibitions Srl (KPE) on April 29th, 2016, Koelnmesse and Fiere di Parma are taking the next step in the close collaboration they started in May 2012. Initial focus will be placed on joint organization of the Cibus Tec in Parma, which is one of the leading food technology exhibitions alongside the Anuga FoodTec in Cologne. Fiere di Parma's CEO, Antonio Cellie, serves as the joint venture's CEO and Koelnmesse Italia's CEO Thomas Rosolia, serves as its President. KPE, the operational arm of the Italian-German partnership, aims to create a virtuous community between Cibus/Cibus Tec and Anuga/Anuga FoodTec, with the support of important partnerships with Italian and international organizations, creating a completely unique business platform, and bringing Italy to the fore of both the food processing sector and the trade fair circuit. For Cibus Tec exhibitors, KPE will be the key to privileged access to Anuga Food Tec as well as the global network of food processing trade fairs of which Koelnmesse is undisputed leader. As a result of the partnership, the assets now available to Italian exports for more efficient internationalization are ProFood Tec in Chicago, Anutec India in Mumbai and New Delhi, Anutec Brazil in Curitiba and Andina-Pack in Bogota. Such opportunities will enable Italian companies to expand on the international market more decisively and efficiently. About Koelnmesse Koelnmesse is an international leader in the organisation of trade fairs and events for food and beverage processing and packaging. Trade fairs like the Anuga, ISM and Anuga FoodTec are leading international fairs in the industry.
