KOMETA 99 Zrt. is one of the largest and most efficient pork processors in Hungary and Central Europe. Products made in our certified IFS, BRC and HACCP Kaposvár plant, where we employ more than 800 people, can be found not only at Hungarian households, but in more than 40 countries around the world. Our wide portfolio includes processed meat products and fresh meat that we serve to top Food Retailers in Central Europe, Italy and Germany. - Hungarian style products as Cold cuts, traditional Wintersalami, Hams, Hot dogs, etc. - Italian style products as Prosciutto Cotto (Cooked ham), Petto di tacchino al forno (Roasted turkey breast), Prosciutto Crudo (Cured ham) and Bresaola. - Fresh pork meat in many formats include MAP self-service trays and convenience products as Burgers and Meat Balls. We are one of the few companies in Europe that have the entire production process - from slaughtering, cutting, processing, maturing and slicing, under the same roof of our 30.000 sqm plant. With this very sustainable and integrated process, using fresh meat from our slaughterhouse, we can deliver products with better taste, more freshness, guaranteed quality, and food safety.
