About Kompakt Studio

Kompakt Studio is an art wellness training project led by two professional psychologists and dance artists. Through our own professional and personal experiences we have created a collaborative studio aiming to enhance personal and business living by applying theatrical psychology and dynamics. Kompakt Studio utilizes the body and its movement as the main medium for improving everyday living as well our work communication and comprehension skills. Through Workshops for individuals, work organizations and institutions Kompakt Studio helps develop special lifestyle skills and communication tools. Using theatre psychology and dance techniques we present new ways of reinventing ourselves and our surroundings while creating possibilities for healthier emotional, physical and cognitive integration. We offer a creative approach to self-improvement and development through educational programs which integrate principles of theatre and psychology into everyday situations. Theatrical creativity and spontaneity will strengthen mental stamina, self-image, collaboration skills, communication and productive decision making which can be applied in both our private and business lives.
