We carry out supervision in the interests of free competition and implement regulation in the energy, water, postal and railway sectors. The Agency supervises competition, controls mergers, analyzes the competitive situation and raises competition related awareness, implements price regulation in the fields of electricity, natural gas, district heating and water. As an economic regulator, the Agency's focus is on controlling markets in the mentioned sectors and in the rail and postal services market. In addition, the Agency resolves disputes related to airport and port fees.
