The first step in our consultation process will answer three questions: 1. Would you go public? a. Your “Why”. What’s your motivation? What do you see as the benefits of raising money through the public markets? 2. Could you go public? a. Your “How”. What will this cost? Do you have the resources and talent to structure, list and maintain a public company? 3. Should you go public? a. Does your “Why” outweigh your “How”? Does it make sense to go public or not?
