Kopi Green Coffee is an independent, family run business with a lively story to tell. Following a backpacking trip around southeast Asia in 2019, Félix and Sonia decided to move on from their corporate jobs. Myanmar/Burma, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. 7 countries, 37 cities and more than 40,000 km for 6 months and innumerable personal experiences. After this amazing trip, they identified a gap in the specialty coffee & healthy confectionery market – no one was doing impressive specialty coffee in La Mancha. The idea was to make the highest quality coffee and healthy baking (lactose-free milk and vegan) in a small town, Tomelloso. April 2021 Kopi Green Coffee opened its first shop and help cultivate a taste for speciality coffee in Castilla-La Mancha.
