About Korean Law Students Association
KLSA, just like other ethnic minority clubs at the University of Auckland, promotes a central focus on inclusion. To many new students, law school may be a daunting prospect. Thus, KLSA has historically played the role of providing pastoral care, academic support and social events to them. The aim of our club is to aid our members through navigating law school and creating meaningful memories that students and alumni can keep forever, despite the adversities and challenges they may face at any other moment in life. We are driven by empathy, solidarity and a sense of connection to one another. For many years, members of KLSA have volunteered their own time and energy towards hosting charitable events such as seminars and tutorials for their fellow students’ benefits.
