Koremen Disability LLC is an Environmental Modification Evaluation provider for the Aging and Disabled Waiver. Our services include creation of the Bid Packet, which your organization may use to solicit Environmental Modification bids from contractors, and Final Inspection, which indicates clearly to the client, the contractor, and the case manager that the job is complete. At Koremen, we pride ourselves on doing what is best for the client. Bid Packet Creation: Our goal is to provide the most efficient method to deliver quality modifications for your needs. We work with you and deliver the proper specifications to your case manager in order for them to receive contractor quotes that are easily distinguishable. We help make this process easier to understand from all angles. Final Inspection: When the contractor has finished the job, the case manager should call Koremen to perform a final inspection. During the final inspection, we will make sure that the contractors did the work that was required of them inside the bid packet. If there are still items that need addressed, we will relay those to the case manager for them to follow up with the contractor.
