We are KOROMAK, a Canadian based company who prides themselves in excellence in everything we do. We are a connection between West Africa and Canada, for business, recruitment, education and training. We coach and help businesses in Senegal and West Africa find partners in Canada that will provide them with what they're missing in term of resources, in exchange of a participation in capital. We also and mostly recruit skilled trades talent from Senegal and West Africa where human resources are abundant and available, and we facilitate their arrival and mostly their integration to Canada. Our step-by-step program ensures that they’ll be prepared for their new life here and will be fully integrated to the Canadian society, contributing to the social and economic diversity. Our vision is to realize their dream to come and succeed in this beautiful land of ours, while helping hiring companies prosper by stabilizing their workforce. We create a win-win situation for all parties involved, as the employer finds the talent they've been searching for so long in this labor shortage and the employee realizes a life-long dream to come to Canada, overachieve and make a living.
