HERITAGE KOTA deck styles draw their names from historic military aircraft flown by the intrepid Knights of the Air. That’s where our name KOTA originates as well. The Knights of the Air pushed the limits of their crafts’ performance while maintaining honor and respect. At KOTA we’re inspired to do the same. HANDCRAFTED QUALITY - MADE IN THE USA Every KOTA deck is unique because the wood we use tells us what it wants to be. Only the best Hard Rock Maple becomes a KOTA deck. We specify American Hard Rock Maple from Wisconsin for its strength and durability. Every wood plank is individually inspected. If it makes the grade it becomes a KOTA deck. Our KOTAgrip clear particulate free finish allows you to show your style on both surfaces of your longboard. We want you to ride hard, ride often, ride everywhere.
