KOTRA Copenhagen is the Commercial section of the South Korean Embassy in Denmark and belongs to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy in Korea. Kotra Copenhagen has existed since 1973 and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2023. Kotra Copenhagen's work covers among others, market research, trade delegations, advice on investments, Export Plaza, conferences, trade shows in Korea and the organization of e-business conference meetings. - Trade delegations - During the year, we organize several trade delegations from South Korea for Danish companies that want to explore the market for potential suppliers. Delegations are mostly organized in industries such as IT and electronics, machine tools, LED, cosmetics etc. - Conferences and trade shows in South Korea - Major international conferences and exhibitions are held in Korea, organized by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy and KOTRA. In this context we offer to arrange the participation of Danish companies as well as meetings with other desired companies within the relevant industry. In several cases Kotra Copenhagen supports the travel costs for the Danish company. - Invest Korea / Export Plaza - There will be special Export Plaza events in Seoul, South Korea, where invited Danish companies will be able to establish direct contact to sourcing partners. - E-business meetings - E-business meetings are a good solution when you need to make one-on-one meetings, and we provide free premises and an interpreter / Korea expert to help with the communication. - Supplier Search - We also carry out searches of potential suppliers for various products and special solutions on request from Danish companies. We help to find the best Korean suppliers to both global Danish companies as well as small and medium sized. Countless trade contacts have been created through our trade delegations, organized online meetings and networking in general.
