About KPH Consulting

KPH Consulting, headed by Douglas Knox, provides specialist structural engineering management services, from concept to final design, project assessment, forensic investigations and expert opinion on various building and art projects in Australia and New Zealand. The experience of KPH Consulting Principal and Director, Douglas Knox spans a career of forty five years in Australia, the UK, Middle East, Philippines and New Zealand – following fourteen years in a successful Sydney engineering consulting practice and then twenty years as Director and Consultant at DW Knox and Partners. KPH Consulting was formed to respond to clients seeking specialised and experienced consulting services on major projects and insurance claims. We have undertaken design of major buildings in Sydney and NSW, as well as the design and project management of major art sculpture projects in Australia, Spain and France, for internationally renowned artists. KPH Consulting also have extensive experience in the design of highly complex building refurbishment projects, where integration of new building designs combined with heritage or existing building footprints are required to meet the client’s needs. We aim to provide innovative and practical design solutions, combined with economical and timely outcomes on all projects undertaken, on behalf of our clients.
