We also have a dedicated Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management team offering a full range of M&E services across all sectors and project types. Services recently provided include: engineering services and IT system cost management, capital life cycle cost planning, energy usage and payback calculations, preparation of capital allowance tax schedules and BER Cert preparation.
