Since 2012, Krax Glass LLC provides mobile and in shop glass replacement for cars, trucks, RV's, travel trailers and motorhomes. Krax Glass has locations in Boise Idaho, Seattle Washington, Phoenix Arizona and Yuma Arizona. Autos: Krax Glass provides the following services for autos; windshield replacement, rock chip repair, door glass, back glass and sunroofs. Also, windshield camera re-calibration is available in most locations. Auto glass replacement typically takes 1-2 hours to completed. Once completed, the vehicle should not be driven for at least one hour. RV's: Krax Glass provides the following services for RV's; windshield replacement, side glass replacement, foggy glass repair and rock chip repair. Replacing the windshield on a motorhome can take two to six hours for one piece type coaches and one to three hours per side for two piece type coaches. If the gasket needs replaced additional time may be required. Once the glass has been replaced, the coach should not be driven for 24 hours to allow the adhesive materials to fully cure. Ordering the glass from our suppliers takes 3-7 days for us to receive the shipment. If you are considering having your windshield replaced, allow up to three weeks from the time you call us to the completion of the windshield installation. Expedited service is available for additional fees. Insurance - Krax Glass can bill your insurance company directly, you are responsible for the deductible portion. The first thing you need to do is call your insurance company's claims department and report the damage. Be sure to let them know you have already chosen Krax Glass to do the glass repair. They can find our shop information if you provide them our local shop phone number (Our shop location phone number's are listed below) Once the claim has been filed, the insurance company will email us the claim and then we can get you scheduled.
