Hello! I’m Amber Krehnovi, a double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, and the founder of Kreative Minds Health & Wellness LLC. My practice is dedicated to providing evidence-based mental health care, ensuring the best outcomes for my patients. I recognize that seeking mental health care can be challenging, which is why I aim to provide a welcoming, compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Life can bring unexpected challenges, and it’s completely normal to need support to help navigate those moments. My mission is to work collaboratively with each patient in a compassionate, and supportive way while building trust, empathy, and understanding. I foster shared decision making to ensure your voice is heard. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan focused on improving mental health, promoting well-being, and improving overall quality of life. I provide care for children ages 6 and up, adolescents, and adults, treating a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, ODD, sleep disorders and more. Through a combination of medication management and psychotherapy, I support individuals in restoring balance, improving their quality of life, and achieving their personal goals.
