ABOUT KRISTI NIGH COACHING: I work with people that continually strive to be at their best and want to maximize their impact in their spheres of influence, whether at home, work, or in their communities and organizations. I help people live, work, and act from their Best Selves as much of the time as possible, so that they can feel proud of how they show up in the world. I do this by assisting them in cultivating Self-Leadership, or one's ability to lead from the inside out. I believe that we must practice Self-Leadership in order to create the lives we want. When we are leaders in our own lives, we also augment our ability to positively impact change - in our organizations, in our communities, and even in the world. ABOUT INDIVIDUAL COACHING: Individual Coaching is a customized, one-on-one relationship that we design intentionally to serve you in making transformative life changes. As your coach, I am your sounding board, accountability partner, advocate, and confidante for all areas of your life. I will both support and challenge you in service of your goals for coaching.
