We may be a young agency, but we have been years in the making. Our founder Mariska Bank learned the ropes of the business while working for Models At Work, our renowned partnering agency with 20+ years of operational excellence under its belt. In just a couple of years, Mariska worked her way up from hostess to production leader and booker, gaining insights on the front lines and behind the scenes. At the age of just 24, she forged an entrepreneurial partnership with her former employer to create a young, no-nonsense event staffing agency: KRU, making Gen Z work for you. In the workforce, Gen Z plays hard to get. Yet we get them to work – and play – hard for you. The only thing they say ‘no’ to is nonsense. And they go from strength to strength at every job, showcasing just the right kind of energy. Most importantly, they understand that there’s no ‘I’ in ‘teamwork’, but they do have the mindset to fully see a ‘workmate’ in there. This commitment to the team is what makes our crew into KRU.
