About KS Fitness
Kick Start Fitness, we continually analyze the game of football and all its facets to provide the most revolutionary, broad and specific professional football coaching and development services in the market. Our principles are to establish a business that includes all areas of the game but also to understand the Fitness level needed to enter the game at a professional level. From a coaching perspective we raise the expectations of our trainers, clients and network of support staff, to advance youth fitness and football to new levels of quality, consistency, enjoyment and professionalism. In parallel KSF have also developed a social website which gives students and/or parents and opportunity to track their and/or child's coaching progress, and interact with others on the program.
